Healthy free-range pigs
Prolific Numbers & Docile
Hogs are a new addition to Corvus Farm, and I raise a 50/50 mix of Gloucester Old Spot and Mulefoot pigs. Both breeds are known for their prolific numbers and docility, as well as their hardy foraging habits.
They fatten up easily, and produce an incredible quality of meat and lard. Old Spot Boars and sows reach 600 and 500 pounds respectively. The Mulefoot is about a hundred pounds smaller on average, but still yielding incredible hams. The combination of the critically endangered breeds is a hardy pig that enjoys being out on pasture and rooting through the woods.
Corvus Farm hogs are available for advance order of whole or half carcasses only. Pigs are slaughtered on the farm and prepped for delivery to the facility of your choice, or direct to you if you plan on curing and butchering yourself.
